Cancel a subscription

Web subscriptions are billed by our reseller Paddle.com. To cancel:

• open the Manage subscription link in your order confirmation email from Paddle and choose Cancel, or
• look up your order at paddle.net with the email you used to buy — Paddle will help you cancel, or
• write to support@gymexe.app from that email — we cancel it for you and confirm by reply.

After cancelling, Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again. Cancelled during the free trial? You pay nothing. Refunds: see the refund policy.

Bought in the app

App Store subscriptions are managed by Apple: on your iPhone open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Gym.exe and tap Cancel Subscription.
