Refund Policy
Last updated: September 27, 2026
The short version. Cancel before the free trial ends and you pay nothing. Payments are refunded where the law gives
you a right to it — for example, within 14 days in the EU and the UK if you haven’t started using Pro yet.
Purchases on gymexe.app
Web orders are sold by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record, which also handles refunds under its refund policy and buyer terms.
- Free trial. The yearly plan starts with a free trial. Cancel before it ends and you are not charged at all.
- Right of withdrawal (EU, EEA, Switzerland, UK and other countries with such a law). You can withdraw from a purchase within the period your law provides — 14 days in the EU and the UK — and get a full refund. This right ends early if you agreed at checkout to get Pro right away and have started using it.
- Everything else. We don’t offer refunds beyond what the law requires. Paddle may still refund a payment at its own discretion.
- How to ask. Reply to your order confirmation email from Paddle, look up your order at paddle.net, or write to support@gymexe.app from the email you used to buy.
- After a refund. The money goes back to the original payment method, and Gym.exe Pro ends. Your workouts and programs stay on your iPhone.
- Cancelling. A subscription can be cancelled at any time and stays active until the end of the paid period — see how to cancel.
Purchases in the app (App Store)
Purchases made in the app are charged by Apple, and only Apple can refund them: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights as a consumer, including your rights if Pro doesn’t work as described.
